"I'm the trustee of my parents' trust. After my mother passed away, we discovered that she unknowingly had been without homeowner's insurance for several years. The automatic payment on her homeowner's stopped but the auto payment remained. She received no notices of cancellation for nonpayment. Most importantly, Walt (her agent of over 30 years) NEVER called her to see what the problem was. She was a widow over 80 years old, and he couldn't be bothered to help her. Walt is an absolute disgrace. He doesn't care about his clients. He only cares about his commission."
